Serena Connelly's handwriting made into a Font for an employer brand campaign for the federal government

ACCENTURE FEDERAL SERVICES

During COVID, the Federal Bureau of Prisons tapped Accenture to urgently recruit Doctors, Nurses, Psychologists, Officers, and Chaplains. As Creative Lead, I built a national Employer Brand campaign that turned crisis into action.

Despite lockdown, our team shot remotely inside prisons, with 40+ staff volunteering as talent. In just four days, we produced 800+ retouched photos, 5,000+ raw images, and a full library of videos—plus new tools like virtual career fairs.

The result: a surge of qualified candidates in record time, keeping employees and incarcerated populations safe, supported, and healthy.

During the COVID lockdown, we shot a TV and print campaign for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. We had a skeleton crew, no wifi or internet access, and over 40 volunteer correctional officers acting as prisoners and staff during a 4-day shoot. Yes, it was as complex as it sounds.

It all began with a rebranding of the department and a campaign platform, “Work on the Inside.”

A few elements of the creative work we created, TV, Print, Radio, Social, Brand ID, website updates, and a massive content library of assets, including over 800 retouched and 5,000 unretouched photos, plus videos in every format.
